4WD-Low is a low-range gear that multiplies torque for steep or loose terrain — volcanic gravel, lava roads, steep dunes. No — vehicles must be returned to the same island. Each fleet is dedicated to its island. You'd need a separate reservation for each car rental on the island if your trip spans both.
